I like the nacho cheese sauce on them, too, instead of shredded...then you got the creamy cheese and creamy sour cream...mmmmm

Ooo and what about those nachos with the beans and the melted cheese and the jalapeños and you can dip it in sour cream and guacamole... yummmm...

Last night was lazy and got chinese.  I know, I know not the healthiest choice.
