There's been a lot of talk in this thread about where Tach was, how she got the flash grenade into the elvator, etc.

It doesn't make sense that she was physically there with them, but the editing and the music, and bowling comment all indicate it was her.

This was posted by somebody last night ans seems to have been easily overlooked since it was the person's first post. It's odd, because those people seem to pop on, give a deatil of info or two, and then that's it.

Bethy, thank you for bringing that post back to our attention. It certainly provides a good explanation for the ATR tag on the shots. The other theory I've heard is that ATR stands for Atrium, and is an abbreviation for the location of the security cameras, which Brother/Tach have hacked into (again). I'm sort of inclined to lean toward the ATR meaning atrium, or a physical location, just because the cameras shown inside the elevator say "Elevator," but the ATR system that ladyoftheforest cites is very convincing as well. It's especially compelling if the cameras can be set to recognize a certain action (like the elevator door opening). I guess we'll just have to see.

Wow... so much to respond to!

I've never really participated with the ARG before, only the normal forum chats, so I'm not quite sure what to post.

Bree doesn't seem very big on disclosing her really big plans -- remember the one where she met her Dad? That turned out badly, but this didn't -- I'm nearly positive everybody made it out. Bree and Tachyon have been in contact for awhile. They planned this. I love how our Bree really is smart!

I think Bree stopped the elevator and managed to get out right away, maybe even before the flash bomb went off? EDIT: I watched video again, she was definitely still in the elevator when the flash bomb went off.

Anybody else notice how weird it was that all of the Order members were wearing sunglasses, almost as if they anticipated the flash bomb (nott that the sunglasses seemed to do them much good!).

But I bet Bree had something to help her prepare for it... she had known about all of this in advance, of course.

A random thought just occured to me... maybe the Creators post those oddly informative "first posts" just to lead us onto the right track... I know it's crazy, but that post that Bethy brought our attention to was so useful, odd for a first post! Previously I never doubted that Tachyon was physically there, but now I'm not sure.

I'm sorry that all I've really done is repeat stuff -- again, I'm new to this ARG game! But this was an awesome thread to read!

Something that everyone seems to be overlooking with the sunglasses indoors thing, is that sunglasses, or glasses in general really, change the shape of the human face and can act like a mask (think superheroes/supervillains) to disguise the actual identity of the wearer.

I have had people tell me that I look very different without my glasses (and a few not even recognize me at first!) I think that it was not so much that they were expecting a flashbang, and more that they just didn't want Jonas (and his camera) to see their faces, but they weren't going to pull paper bags or ski masks over their heads for this little operation... they wouldn't look "cool" like that!

I do, however, think that it's almost certain that Jonas (a decent-sized boxer, in good physical shape) could fend off Lucy (a skinny, petite blonde woman) for long enough to escape, provided that Lucy doesn't have a gun (and, if she does, why wouldn't she have drawn/shot by now?).

As somebody pointed out before, chances are if they had lost Jonas in the process, they'd have noted it one way or another. Daniel was clear enough in the head to post a message about the video and edit half of it, but forgets to tell us his best friend was abducted by the Order? I think not.

And even if he was too drugged up to miss this important piece of data, an experienced field agent (read: Tachyon) would have given us a clue about it in the video...and be it just a shot of Jonas being held by Lucy screaming "GO! JUST GO! LEAVE ME!".

I agree that, from a scientific point of view, it is highly unlikely Jonas could have escaped - but I am still convinced he did.

Think of it this way: What reason would Daniel or Tachyon have to withhold that information from us?

Wow, deagol, those clips were intense! Thank you for all of that! You're making me worried!

(But I still think Jonas is okay. Even if Lucy did reach him, he'd be okay... and it isn't mentioned. I don't think the Creators would have Jonas captured now. Lucy was there for more tension, I think. But you have put a serious doubt into my head!)
