Or, if Cassie is a ghost (possessing Frank?), maybe it was his bible that she was flipping through. He may have been making these videos while having his "blackouts".
Edit: It also lends a new direction to ciw's oft-repeated "help me" - maybe the message is from Frank?

Unless, the images are all inverted which means that the background color of the blog is actually white... hmm |

He just referenced him - didn't say Aherns was Cassie's Frank - Just said he himself wasn't. He has since posted in this thread about the East Fork.
