This is a stretch, but on IMDB, someone talks about "The Tower" tarot card in the messages for "Hostage".
Cassie says "I'm right here above you", is there a fire or observation tower around the area? |

I think when Cassie said 'right here above you', she meant the address bar on your internet browser. As in, find Frank by typing the correct address up there? That is indeed 'right here' in front of us all. Now.
I don't think she meant anything about future drop when she said that. |

Hmmm... now I wonder if we're supposed to say something particular to Frank... maybe there's something she/he is waiting for from us... something she left a clue to? As in "go here" or "do this at this time" or something else from the WWWWWHs?

good idea... Although on first glance, it appears those are there to make the page look legitimate.
