Okay last night I had:

Bacon wrapped in lettuce with sauerkraut on top

(sounds gross huh?)

It was actually pretty tasty. Like I said, Im doing a low carb thing, and those were the items I was allowed to have.

Tonite- Steak and a little bit of cauliflower

I could never go low-carb... I'm too into bread, pasta, rice, potatoes... All the starchy stuff Smile

Tonight is date-night with the wife... Probably Mexican Smile

mmm mexican sounds sooo good.

You know, Im with you mute, on loving all the carbs. Pasta and bread... my absolute faves. But Ive managed to pack on the lbs. eating all that.

The low carb thing is definently difficult, but it really works.. so Im dedicated. And I have found a lot of good recipes, that I would have never thought of on my own.

Mr. Bunni started it with me, and lasted about half a day... lol.... Im really not craving the carbs that much. Im craving a better body more. Wink

I have this pic of me from high school hanging on my wall as motivation. (my old h.s. friend just recently showed me the pic and I stole it from her cuz I couldnt believe it was actually meeee!)

Ewwww, Friday Night Lights was horrible.

I was something pretty from a bakery too. I think I also want it to contain rasberry filling and then wash it down with whatever blueberry drink Jami was telling me about last night.
