I thought this video was great acting for Jackson, Yousef, and Jessica. Jonas' rage was palpable. Bree was aloof, cold. Only Daniel was in the midst of inner doubt.
I loved this video!

| I have a really, really, really stupid question. I saw on the other page that someone named Deacons had posted this code and everyone was all like "omg the deacons left us a clue!" and I'm new so I have no idea who "the deacons" are, so I'm hoping someone can explain? |

The deacons are just like the Deacons of a church (or so Bree thought) way back at the beginning when Bree thought her "religion" was a good thing. Bree thought that the people who kidnapped her parents looked like some of the Deacons. They are a part of the Order known as "The Order of Dendorah"; the so-called religious branch.
Does anyone else think that Jonas believes Daniel planted the symbol in order to get him away from Bree? I distinctly got that feeling.
Also, if Daniel is under the influence of the Order, he could have planted it, and not remember doing it. They may be able to 'switch him on and off', so to speak.

i just find it odd that Jonas has been tied up for approx. 3 days and they've managed to take care of him having to go to the bathroom... i'm sure 100lb Bree could easily guide a boxer to and from the bathroom.
but whatever. that's been said many times now.
The things that have been jumping around in my head about this video and the comments everyone has been posting is
1. Bree and Jonas being related. I could see that plot twist... but it would be kinda weird because with Jonas' comment to DB about "you just want her to yourself." I sense a little unspoken jealously between the boys in that.
Incest=no good.
2. DB being involved somehow in the Order. I've wondered this for awhile considering Bree's strict parents allowed a boy in her room with the door closed. We only saw her father come in the room once so that gave me the impression that he didn't check up on her that often but they could trust a fellow person from the Order, now couldn't they?
3. This video could be a distress vid to Tachy. I can see that being highly probable.
4. The last thing DB said I think should be disregarded. It was so blatantly obvious that everyone would be like OMG.

I'd say it's definitely still part of the actually series-- it's part of OpAphid, and if OpAphid is part of the main story, then this alternate non-"fairytale" version is part of the main story.

I'm inclined to think that the nursery rhyme acronym is dead here. The 'sinister' APHID has clearly taken over.

Listen with headphones and you'll hear that it even sounds like an OpAphid video. The question is "why"? I think it's symbolic.
I suspect that Daniel is still brainwashed (maybe since before the abduction) and doesn't even know that he's collecting info for the Order. Jonas is the "babysitter" - a term coined by Tachyon. Both are connected to the Order though I suspect that:
a. Daniel doesn't even know that he is.
b. Neither knows that the other is.
I expect to see a 3 way rift develop. Each character will begin to suspect the other 2.
