Also, Daniel was staring out of the window, surely he would have seen him leave the house, and it seemed like he was readying the camera, as if he knew Bree was about to call him.
Maybe he did have something to do with this, but if he did let Jonas go, he woulnd't have followed him, unless he was in a state of sub-conciousness (however you spell it) so didn't know.
Coincidentally, they didn't get a chance to look at his mobile. Also, Jonas left them in his parents cabin. If he was part of the Order, wouldn't he know that there was stuff in there and had to get it, or them out?
Also, Bree and Daniel were both awake, so how did Jonas manage to escape without being noticed? They both coudldn't sleep and Jonas would have had to come up those stairs Daniel went down.
Lots of unanswered questions.... come one Jonas... give us some answers... |

The Hidden Staircase anyone? They should totally search for secret passageways. Which should totally be full of Order symbols. Or just an Order HQ. Whichever.
And about the no-keys-but-a-car thing, I think it makes perfect sense. A person would be smart enough not to take the car. It could be bugged by Tachy, or tracked by Oppy. It has a license plate both Bree and Danial know, and they can describe what it looks like. If he was getting a ride, he wouldn't need the car.
And he took the keys for a number of reasons. Bree and Danial are now stranded in the cabin, a bit of revenge there. Also, there were probably more keys on it than just the car keys. His house, for one.
As for how he got out, depending on how he was tied, zip ties ARE plastic. I know when I want to get those off something I bite through them. Given enough time, and depending on his position and the tie positions, it may have been possible to get out. |

He shouldn't have been able to bend his head down to the zip ties because of the ropes around him, but even if he could, I don't know if he'd be able to bite through them. |

A) My first thought with the keys thing was that they were somehow used in cutting the ropes, but that really doesn't work. Just thought I'd mention it.
B) Taking the keys would be an obvious move for the order; the act ensures that Bree and Daniel can't get too far.
C) Why is no one addressing the super-obvious transition from the typical widescreen to the atypical (unprecedented?) fullscreen? Am I missing something? |

Yeah, I just tried getting my head in that position and it didn't work. And I have exceptionally strong teeth, so who knows.
I really think all we can do is wait for another video. |

Here's the biggest thing we can know from the fact that jonas took the camera. Jonas wants to be able to communicate with bree and danniel.
the only reason he would have taken the camera would be to either document evidence to clear his name, or to tell B&D what's going on, and why [and maybe how] he left.
it seems obvious to me that Jonas is innocent, and he took the camera so he could tell them "look, you guys, you're insane. this is ridiculous. i can't believe you would turn on me like this, after all I've done for you out of the goodness of my heart, and all we've been through together." |

If you look at the screen shot
It looks like the ties are decently tight around his wrists, but close to the ends of the arms of the chair. I think that with a little working (over three days) and a lot of pain, he could have gotten them off the chair.
Or Jonas cut off his hands. |
TY for doing a screen cap for me!! lol I need to get the program to do it. Also in that screen cap he has his wrist turned up some, so it does look a lil tighter on him in that pic. |

oh this brings another thought. We don't know that he even still had zip ties on. Maybe they ran out. I mean they had to let him go to the bathroom or something, so every time the zip ties would have to be cut off. and so maybe he just had rope on his wrists, this would be easier to get out of... maybe a stretch but you never know |
I would never return to that chair if I were let up to go to the bathroom.
Oh, and Shardinskin...nice...very nice.
