It's never been suggested that the videos occur in real time. In fact, it's always been shown to be the opposite (vid descriptions saying it's been a while since something happened, or the characters saying they used an internet cafe to upload a video, etc.).
The premise has always been that this is a vlog. |
I didn't mean real time, as when the videos were posted... but as if the story line is always occuring... even when videos aren't made... |

I have been thinking that Jonas and Bree were siblings for a while now. There really seems to be something between the two of them, but I really don't see it as sexual for either of them. Even the skateboarding vid, or even snow angels... yes, they seem to have a real connection... but... it just seems to me that it is all leading up to them being related.

Hi all,  I'm new here, and I may be reading way too much into this(as has been said before, the creators love to make us do that!!!), but does the pic in the attic look to anyone else like a head shot of the pic of aleister crowley that bree had above her shrine? Like if you were to crop it so that it only showed his head? I was gonna post the pic, but I can't get my comp to cooperate (I'm pretty much tech retarded!) but I'm sure most of you know which pic I'm talking about. I you want you can google Aleister crowley pictures, and it'll come up there for a better look. I dunno, I'm probably wrong, but that was my 1st thought when I saw it. |

I see it as a decent possibility (and a better one than some other suggestions). I don't see it as likely, or even think that there's much (read: any) evidence for it, but it's still a better possibility than a lot of other things.
The only potential major problem with it I can see is that if he does turn out to be her brother and his parents did have a connection to the Order (either as operatives or opponents), if he didn't know about any of it and still invited Bree and Daniel into his home, then it becomes a bit hard to swallow something that convenient. |

I really don't know. people seem to think db caught him and now they are all three back together, but the video info doesn't seem to reflect that.

Daniel: ...Needed to make sure you were okay.
Jonas :ala Dr Phil: : Ya know, Daniel, back on the farm, my dad had a sayin....
like that. Bree and Daniel need to work together because they're likely to have more memories of stuff that can connect to the Order than Jonas.

like the manga "XXX Holic" says, "there is no coincidence; only fate". perhaps he really does know a LITTLE about the Order, but is hoping Bree can help HIM. Like, what if his mom was pregnant and conveniently "lost the baby" while on yet another "vacation" and he sees Bree's about similar age...

That is true... I guess we can't really rule anyting out... and fate is something to always to keep in mind... but the storyline never really suggest that fate has a role in this... but then again it is a possibility...

I really haven't a clue. We know so little - other than that it's probably something his parents understood - that it's really not possible to form any theories.

If they are siblings, I'm hoping Jonas had some idea like that in mind.
I don't think that really fits with the concept of fate, though, which would more imply that Jonas didn't have any idea.

*Honestly*... I think that the creators wanted a climax ending, and it doesn't mean anything...  ... but thats the P.A. talking.
'Did anyone watch Danny's last vid before this one? I thought we maybe missed Jonas in the background (cuz he has DB making *his* vid through the window)... no dice though. *That* woulda been interesting too....

some points:
1st- Clearly time is elapsing as Jonas is spying on Daniel. It's conceivable that Daniel uploaded his vid before he went and found Jonas in the attic (or didn't find him?)
2nd-"Up here is where they stored all my parents' stuff".... who is "they" ?
3rd- It's not surprising that Jonas (or someone?) uploaded a video without telling us how it ends- this happens a lot and has yet to hold any clues of the outcome... ie: the shots fired in the parking lot. though they could have said something like "we're all okay, bree's dad is dead... more later" they left us hanging for a while. It's a way to keep the addiction alive!
