Well in the first video, it seemed that after the camera was out of Daniel's hands is when he became drunk. So it seems that they both were mostly sober when they shot their videos.

After playing with the sound slightly and having a bunch of my friends watch at part...
"so you can talk to alex, so you can get her nephew drunk."
At least 5 other people said the same thing.

I think Daniel was already feeling the effects long before handing the camcorder over to Jonas... |

Inigo, Kelly is right. If you rewatch 0154 Uncle Dan over again... he really doesn't drink until after Jonas has the cam.

Yep. I think he was slightly buzzed too.
Could the difference be as simple as Alex? Daniel is all a-flutter with new love, and that's what makes his vid the more upbeat one?
Oh, and Jonas knows what kind of people these are too. He knows them; so that would account for his darker video.

| I don't know if it's been mentioned but when Jonas is being hit on by the gay dude, and Daniel says, "we can hang out for a bit," You can see Jonas' cousin watching them from the right. He glances back several times to observe them. |

I just played with it a little bit two and I asked 2 of my friends to listen to it... without telling them any possible words and they said that Carl says "get her nephew drunk"

OK, so I guess I'm wrong about that part.
So then, is the difference purely Alex? And Jonas's previous knowledge of these people?
