OK, contrary to what most think, I'm not a fan of "Alex is in the Order" or of the "Bree and Jonas are siblings" theories. But first, a few facts:
The picture of Lucy is not in Alex's house, it what in the house the party was in.
Alex is pissed in the latter part of the video (more on why later)
Jonas' parents were anti-order.
Tachyon and Brother answer to or at the very least deal with someone referred to as "mom & dad."
So here is how it all ties together in my mind (which is full of bad wiring to begin with):
I think Alex is anti-order. Maybe like Tachyons bigger, badder counterpart (that's so "top secret" that Tachy doesn't know about her. She pissed at them because they've possible blown her cover, and shows it in her little speech.
Now, what I think she means in her speech:
"Jonas, you're very perceptive, not unlike your parents. Smart boy. Because you're smart, I'm not going to beat around the bush."
-I'm giving you props, you've turned out quite well, so I'm going to be honest with you.
"I couldn't have killed your parents, because they're still alive."
-The faked they're death, they unfortunately had to leave you behind because they're mission is that important.
"I think that you should be less concerned about me, and more concerned about what will almost certainly come after me."
-I'm on your side, I won't hurt you; but thanks to you nimwits, my cover is blown, and someone is probably going to be coming after me.
"There are elements within the Order that will stop at nothing to reclaim your cute little friend."
-Run all you want, they're not going to stop. They will kill whoever the need to to get to Bree.
As for your parents, they're happy. Who's to say they even remember you? They've been busy, and so much time has passed.
-This was both a cheap little stab at Jonas (just to be the cunning, spiteful b**ch she's been trained to be and her saying that they've been in hiding as "deep cover" agents for so long that they've may have forgotten him.
Why, because I think Jonas' parents = Tachy & Brother's "mom & dad" and "They've been busy" running the anti-Order organization that Brother, Tachyon and (in another cell that is isolated from Tachy & Brother) Alex all work for. |

If she were angry about her cover being blown, why would she turn around and do the exact same thing to someone else? Also, how would her status as an agent of the Order being revealed equate to her status as anti-Order being revealed?

The video feed doesn't go out live and she's got the camera there. All she would have to do is just tell them the truth.
Also, she made it clear that she wanted that message to be seen by Bree, so she wanted it to go up on the internet - not what she'd be likely to want in the scenario you've suggested.

Good point, but she never really blew their cover, just stated that they are alive, something the order may have known for a while. Which could explain why the order hasn't bothered going after Jonas. Either:
A) They know that "mom & dad" are so dedicated to destroying the order, that they gave up their son. If you leave your kid and stop caring about them (I know, sounds cruel, but it's a necessary evil), it makes it pretty darn difficult to use the kid as leverage and/or revenge.
B) The Order knows that if they went after Jonas, it would push "mom & dad" far enough that they would "storm the castle" and launch a full blown offensive against the them.
or
C) (even wilder theory) Jonas is also one of "mom & dad's" agents. He just doesn't realize that he's working for his parents (kind of like Charlie's Angels, who never actually met Charlie). He may have known there was an agent infiltrating the Order and when he saw the screencap of Lucy's picture realized that his (lovely) Aunt Alex was that agent. He then decided that him and Daniel had to get the heck out of there before they all got busted. Or Tachyon could have realized the same thing and made up something to get Daniel and Jonas away from her. Yeah, I know, I'm really reaching now.

She's trying to get the warning out to Bree (and possibly Jonas. She knows he doesn't want to even speak to her, but knows he'll be right there and see it when the video is being edited). She probably thinks her gig is up and that her days may be numbered.

I still stand by my theory (just as I still insist that aliens killed the dinosaurs). It would be awesome to start seeing videos posted by Alex, either good (her going into hiding to regroup with "mom & dad") or bad (being the "voice of the Order"). I really hope it's the former option. |

Well maybe thats why Jonas was acting all weird in the video, like when he was like "who is that guy" and DB told him that's Bree's dad and he was like "are you sure" like he didnt believe him.
And then again maybe thats why he froze when the gun went off and killed his dad.
