| I figure the words at the bottom of the picture with the compass are crossed out for a reason. i also believe this looks like an article of some sort if someone has seen it before we could probably find whats missing there. |

I think I heard the Haloween theme playing in the background...
EDIT: And at the end of the reversed audio there is a "F**k You". Maybe from RATM again |

i haven't listened to the audio yet, because i dont want to freak myself out, but that's pretty freakin hilarious if it is.. i am wearing my michael meyers shirt right as we speak. |

This is the artist. The other painting found is likely to be from the same artist. I'm not sure if the painting name or anything matters much here, but if anyone can find which painting it is there may be more clues in it? |

The text that is blacked out says "Therefore will I cause you to go into captivity" from Amos 5 "A Call to Repentance" In the King james bible.
