Well, I think the P is over. If P were next, then all they would have done thus far would be Analyze (wow bad grammar.. tired.. stressed.. wow). This video was definitely more than analysis. This was either Hinder or Infiltrate.

Analyze - may have been when the watchers were just, well watching.
Protect - maybe the helicopters?
Hinder - may have been the kidnapping of Daniel, or this capturing of all three of them.
Infiltrate - may have been the capture of all three also.

That would make Infiltrate or Destroy next, according to APHID.
But I don't think this was an OpAphid video anyway.

The idea of harvesting Bree's eggs, or impregnating here with another genetically "perfect" males sperm, or the actual sex act in a ritual is not that so far-fetched. Why is Bree the only one who can do this ceremony?

Remember Bree's description of this ritual and what she knows of it from videos way back when? I doubt she has a 'perfect' anything in her. She's one step in a multitude of steps. And remember, she's one of many. She was chosen because she was the most likely candidate to follow it. Remember mommy dearest's role? If I remember correctly, her mother is some high-ranking official in the Order.

As for her father's death... "You will see the reward of your actions"

Her father knew information on the inner workings of the Order, and was spilling it to his daughter. He was killed.

Daniel and Jonas don't really know much that would be dangerous to them (as far as we can tell). Killing them would be too much of a gamble, as it could eather break Bree into following through, or create martyrs for her and Tachyon to fight for.

Then let's posit a coupling premise. The Order just watched Bree run away from them hand in hand with Jonas. Up until now they have seen only Daniel with her. Jonas is the one with the other missing parents.

Suppose for a moment that they originally kidnapped Daniel to brainwash him into giving up Bree to Jonas. They've removed her parents from the picture, herded her up into Jonas' house and planted an unwitting yenta. Now they sit back and wait.

That would be why they haven't bothered to collect them. The "magiks" haven't come to fruition. Now they see Bree running away from them hand in hand with Jonas and they figure the chemistry is working; bring them in.

Whomp! fast as a snake they locate and take out all three of them. Daniel is a cypher but he can warn if he sees them before they get the two they want. So they take out Daniel first. Then they take out the other two and call the mission accomplished.

Somebody stop me before I give the Creators too many ideas! LOL!

This is a great thread! I think Bree is only a step of the Order's larger goal of world domination or whatever, but a very important step. I kind of like the "super-race" idea. Mincartaugh, your post is really interesting. I never would have thought of it that way. Ever. (and the Creators HAVE been known to take ideas from here, lol)

But SoulAndroid also gave me an interesting idea. What if Bree was kind of long-termed brainwashed? Following this: Bree was chosen because her genetics suggested that she would be most likely to do what they wanted (intelligent, etc.) Then, she was placed in a controlled home with parents in the Order, her mom particurally high up. Then she is brought up her whole life in a strict religion with marginal exposure to the outside world. She turned out to be part of the "fraction of a percent" that had the desired qualities (she believed very strongly in her "religion," perhaps?). So she had the ideas of a purity bond, againt any kind of teenage stuff - parties, dates, even hikes, etc. When DB started to become a threat her parents banned him, but DB was still able to convince Bree against the Order. The Order gets angry -- they were so close! Even the Order tried to investigate DB (taking pictures of him). Then Bree runs, and the Order realizes that Daniel has broken the lifetime brainwash that they put on Bree. Bree's brainwash is still partially there -- she doesn't want to "sin" in Vegas. When her dad further explains the true Order to her, they kill him. Now they keep putting their agents in her path, i.e. Gemma and Alex, and want to get her to come, now by force. I'm also thinking -- they captured Daniel and seemed to brainwash him. Perhaps they thought that he would then help rebrainwash Bree in turn? He broke the spell in the first place. Well, if this is true then DB and Jonas might not be safe: having them around only makes her less likely to want and come back. However, I wouldn't put the Order above torture (although killing might be a risky move with Tachyon about.)

Sorry for the long post, I'm just typing everything that I'm thinking. If it doesn't make sense, I'm sorry -- I need to get to bed!
