The shot of the empty bathroom is when Daniel has the camera. It is a corroboration of Daniel taking the camera, not proof against! Keep in mind, he's hiding from the same people that Bree is hiding from.
Bree learned from the encounter with her dad that stopping can be fatal. Again, it corroborates not disproves.

Oh, and the spotlight effect. That could just be a difference in the lighting. Biiiggg difference between windowless bathroom and bright sunlight!

True, but there's no way that, that paticular effect is naturally caused by any change in light, it's also very obvious in the "Subjects aprehended" vid which is very dark.

But the alarm is going off, which probably didn't go off because of the disconnected camera.. but because of the escape.. |

Good point. I may have to rethink that. It could be another ruse by the Order. They definitely wouldn't want the video to be considered an "escapee video". Somehow, though, that doesn't ring true. Since so many other things fit so strongly, I think it's just going to take a little more work.

I will have to disagree that the empty bathroom shot means Daniel has the camera. If that was true it would not be in the same position and so steady. It would be at holding height and more then likely moving. No, I am almost positive that the alarm went off because of the escape, and the camera turning off was just to give Daniel, and more then likely Jonas, time to get out, without whoever was watching them seeing which way they went, or how they escaped.

Also, you can tell that Bree does not stop once the man gets shot, but keeps running, that in and of itself shows me its probably not Daniel, why run from your friend, even if he was evil, after he got shot?
Just sayin.
Hope this hasn't been covered already, its 5 AM and I am too tired to read all 18 pages.  |

mincartaugh- Yeah, but like you said, those pics are cleaned up. The way the video depicts it, it's two diffent cameras... And I think the creators did that on purpose. If all the cameras had that effect, the question of Daniel having the camera would be a lot more valid. But they left only that camera, with out the "spotlight" effect.

I think I covered the bit about Bree not stopping a couple of posts up.
I do not think that Daniel was evil! I think he was escaping right along with Bree! I think he got shot and Bree didn't stop because she'd tried that before with her father and had nearly died herself. I think she was scared spitless that people were shooting at her and that wouldn't have ended with the shooting of her friend.
The shot in the bathroom wasn't long enough to determine movement. He was disconnecting from the house circuit and making it portable. Why would he move it from it's resting place before he'd finished the job?

I did the cleaning on those photos. I made sure to do nothing that isn't allowed in a court of law. If the effect had been there it would have shown.
Where do you see two different cameras?

I just had a brainstorm! What if that odd effect is caused by a lens hood? In strong sunlight a lens hood shades the glass lens so you don't pick up any reflections from the camera. In the bathroom the hood didn't shade because there wasn't enough light. When the shot rings out and the camera falls, the hood would have been knocked off the camera with the jolt. No shadows.

Yeah, but there was even less light in "Subjects apprehended", and the effect was very much still there.. |

| Is anyone else having a hard time "suspending their disbelief" with music put in the background of vids by The Order? I mean, while it isn't bad music, I really don't see any reason why it is there. I found it distracting the entire time. |
