What's a pierogie? *shocked*
And they can be filled with all kinds of stuff. Mine are potato filled. And then you can make them a couple of different ways..these are sauteed with bacon and onion.  We have Polish Easter Breakfast for Easter, and this is a staple!!
And 23rd is when Heroes starts. Yay!!! |

I am sooo mad at Izzie. I can't believe that in the middle of the mere might be dyeing she tells george she thinks he made a terrible mistake marrying callie!
Who does she think she is? She cut a mans lvat wire and George made the mistake?!? Although I already know that in one of the upcomeing episodes george is going to sleep with izzie so I am already mad at george too.

I seriously can't wait. It's like what, 14 days? *le sigh*
I love pierogies!! They are soooo yum. We also had ham (of course), Green Beans Polsku (sp? Anyways they're green beans floured up and then fried in bacon grease), hot potato and sour cream salad, kielbasa....oh man, did I eat tons.

It's probably my favourite part. The potatoes are half-assed mashed, so you still have big chunks in there, and then you just add tons of sour cream, salt, and pepper.
Yeah, I probably gained 5 pounds yesterday.  |

If you're interested I've got the recipe here--the only thing is a lot of it is by sight so there aren't a lot exact amounts.
We also do Dupa fights (Dupa is Polish for "ass")...where you and someone else each have a hard boiled egg and bash them together and whoever's egg gets cracked looses. |
