Yeah, lemme look around here and I'll PM it to you either tonight or tomorrow morning. I've got so many papers with scribbled recipes on them (that I've never tried  ), that they all are just kinda stuffed into various places  |

Its probably a sinus infection. I'm all stopped up, running a little fever, but mainly I just feel really achey and out of it.
