As far as the numbers go on the curtains:

I've gotten plain, bulk curtains before where the packaging information was printed on a few of the end sections. The curtains are always too long so you can just cut those ends off and use the rest. So my theory is that they wanted curtains in the scene (maybe to cover up a view of something else) and they just forgot to cut in the right spot.

I really don't think it means anything but I could be wrong.

this video was excellent. more exposition and we see some great acting in alex. her explanation is plausible and i'm actually glad she doesn't gush that she's so sorry. she does sound a bit sorry for herself at times, but that also helps explain her actions. "exquisite pain of loss". indulging in self-pity can be addictive and dangerous.
db gets confident and assertive when he has her on camera. she in turn gets vulnerable. it works.
alex is a beautiful girl with lots of emotional baggage. not evil but definitely a wildcard.

I like how we seem to be getting a little (sometimes very little) bit of new info in every video, but is it just me or have the videos been just a little bit boring lately? I know they can't all be fast paced and action packed but I like how they stick some randomly funny videos in here and there. The last three though haven't been suspenseful or funny just kind of blah, we get a little info but nothing that keeps us stuck to our seats in anticipation.

Anyway, on a lighter note. I think that Daniel has obviously accepted her appology, otherwise I don't think he would put himself in this situation again. Glad to see that she agrees her mom was a fruit cake! lol The whole "planes don't fly, they crash" thing kind of took me by suprise and struck me as odd. The order seems to put women on a pedestal and encourage the strength and power of them, so it strikes me as odd that she would put down her daughters dreams like that, unless the order is totally against leaving the ground for some reason, which would verify the thought that it is Tachyon or Brother in the helicopters.... She seemed genuine in everything that she says, which also makes me wonder exactly what she did to Jonas' parents. She led us to believe that she did something bad by her story leading up to this part but never tells us what she did. She either really believes they are still alive after whatever it is that she helped the order do to them, or she killed them for the order, or thinks that she killed them for the order but never saw there bodies, sort of like bree's dad (we think they killed him, but dont' know for sure) and she is trying to cover up exactly how involved she is by offering to help find them. Sorry if that doesn't make any sense, my ideas were flowing and I don't always type (and proofread) as fast as I think.

My question now is, since the order can see this and knows that she is no longer faithful to them (I'm assuming here I know, I really want to trust her) then they are going to do something to capture or hurt her, since they don't have to protect her for anything. As long as they can get ahold of her without doing anything to Bree, which I am sure they are capable of.

Also, I have read the other threads and I am still a bit confused because I have been hearing so many different things. The myspace pages for "Hymn of One" and also " True Free Will" are they cannon, as well as the website for Hymn of One I am pretty sure I have seen proof of that one. But I have heard both cannon and non cannon for each of the myspace pages, can someone please set the record straight for me? Thanks

Well, I can say I trust Alex, but I don't forgive her. For one, we don't know everything she did when she was in the order. She could ahve done some pretty nasty shit. She's forgiven for the shit she pulled on the trio, but nothing more. IMO.


I know most people don't trust her, but I see no reason not to. In a real world / realistic plot, we shouldn't, but in lonelygirl, I really can't see them making her actually bad.

The numbers behind Alex just look like they are on some white heavy-duty shipping plastic to me - kinda like a shipping envelope but obviously a pretty big one.

I could have sworn I had heard the line about "planes don't fly, they crash" somewhere before, but can't remember where.


Also, I think BD&J are sitting ducks right now. In "Lying Bastards", it looked to me like the Order had called Alex which would imply that they know exactly where she is. And with the last couple of videos they also know exactly where BD&J are too.

Wow - quiet forum! I'm just back from the RH Chilli Peppers concert here in Aus: is it sad I was there thinking "Hmm what am I missing on LG15?"??!

Anyway: this development really worries me. It's all just a bit convenient that Alex went uber evil, and now she's being very conflicted and sad.

And all the BDJ videos are public so far, and we know the Order watch them, so: they knew they were watching Alex, they knew they were following her; how easy would it have been to set up Alex as the 'poor little me', how easy would it have been to make the leap that they would spy on her and set her up to look conflicted? How easy would it be to put pressure on Alex, who owes her livliehood to the Order?

I really, really don't like this. I just wouldn't be able to trust her if I were the TAAG. How are they ever really going to know if she's just an Order mole or not? Even after saying they 'showed her pictures', she certainly sounds reluctant to say anything bad about the Order.

But then, I guess the exact same argument could be made against Jonas (that it's so convinient he found B&D when his family was mixed up in the Order, etc.) I just trust Jonas by long association and cuteness factor. So why shouldn't I give Alex that much of a chance?

As an aside: for future vids, I would really like to see the team work on some sort of plan to get more info on the Order and their activities, instead of being so reactive all the time. Also, some private 'diary' type videos that are not uploaded publicly, so we can find out what the charecters REALLY think, about their situation and each other. Now that would be worth watching. I've been holding out for that for a while, but it doesn't seem to have happened.

OK - enough from me, I need to sleep now!

another question that leads us who was Alex talking to on the phone in an earlier video? The one Daniel secretly taped when they first got to Mexico? We can guess she might've of been talking to the Order but who's to say? She seemed upset, like she was being told something she didn't like.


Could of that been another plan from the Order or her breaking off the relationship? Or, more importantly, is this "apology" a result from that call.
