I'm thinking they have to keep some of the people just to keep the same fan base.
My wish list to make it to season 2? I guess this is roughly in order
The Petrelli boys (inappropriate touching REQUIRED)
Sylar
HRG!
Claire
Hiro
Linderman (but it won't happen, I'm sure Malcom McDowell has more creepy projects in the works)
Matt
Claude (although that's DEFINITELY not going to happen, they could do SO much with him!)
Mohinder (he's grown on me a lot)
Eric Roberts (I don't care if he has a name on the show. He's Eric. Freaking. Roberts.)

Hehe, yeah... although Ali Larter is smokin hot, I'm dissapointed at the character they gave her. And Skanky Illusion Chick (SIC, how appropriate) isn't one of my favorites because she has such an awesome power, and has yet to use it to molest any of the hawt hawt men (at least that I know of....)

I had to get used to Adrian's hotness. I didn't find myself immediately attracted to him. But I think the growly voice is what eventually did me in *swoons* there's something just so naughty dirty wrong about his voice...
Peter isn't my type either. He's cute, and when you put his pretty next to Nathan's manly, it explodes.
My type? Totally Sylar. I dig his kind of crazy! Intense intellectual men are VERY hot. Especially when he was pretending to be Zane, or at the very beginning with the glasses and the quiet watchmaker thing. RAWR! Just a hint of geek chic...
