Plus...on the age thing...Bree was "15" but Jess was of age IRL. This girl...I don't think she's 18 in real life AT ALL. If she is...dang...

Okay.... This can't be the girl. I refuse to accept that this is the girl. It's just WAY too set up. It's like one of those coincidences that is just too much of a coincidence to be a real coincidence. . . . hahahaha.
That being said... I believe that the creators are giving us an unparalleled opportunity to participate program... so now is the time to get into character, AND PLAY ALONG!

Thanks! I like yours as well. I love the moment you captured and the colors.
I think it would be cool if the creators had Nikki name a few candidates and then picked whoever we showed in an interest in. I know someone said that a few posts ago but I can't remember who. But I like that idea. |

As for all the hate towards Jules, does everyone remember how Jessica handled the role of Bree in the first few vids? Yeah, it wasn't beautiful. It wasn't terrible, no, but compare to now. Or even to the videos from a few weeks after that.
Give Jules' actor time. Most actors don't instantly feel out the role of a character. And, really, I think she improved from the first video to the second.

This supports my idea that this is a trap set up by the order. They might have forced her to do this video. Making Bree think that there is another girl. This would either get Bree to try and help this girl, helping the order get closer to her. Or maybe the order is hoping that Bree will get close to this girl while she is trying to help her and eventually save her (the new girl) from the ceremony by agreeing to do it herself (Bree) as like a trade or something. Either way, I dont' think the order really has a new girl, it is just another ploy to get a hold of Bree. At least in my opinion. |
I can see them maybe trying to cause Bree to exchange herself, but why would the Order have forced a girl to do videos like this? She doesn't talk about the ceremony or being religious at all.
If not for Nikki Bower's hunch, Bree would have probably never given Jules a second look.
I think it might be a bit much to suspect that this is a set-up. Nikki would have had to been in on it in that case - or the Order would have somehow had to predict that Nikki would find the girl and think that she's the one. |
I could completely understand why they would force a girl to do a video like this to get Bree's attention. She doesn't have to talk about the ceremony or being religious to get Bree's attention. She is soo much like Bree in the beginning that the similarities are uncanny. The way she talks, the stuff she talks about, the way she edits her videos are all just like Bree's beginning vids. If Nikki B hadn't pointed out this girl, someone else would have. She is too much like Bree in the beginning to just be dismissed. The order knows that this would bring a flag up on both the forums and with the TAAG. I seriously doubt that Nikki B is in on it. That is a little bit far fetched. The order knew that they would be trying to figure out who the new girl is, and that if they made her that similar to Bree that it would raise suspicion as to whether she was the new girl or not.
Edit: Thanks Juli, for seeing the same thing as I see, it just took me a while with this post. By the time I got it up you had already said sort of the same thing. I think you might have said better what I meant to say. Trying to work and post at the same time = not good

| Please please please do not let Jules be new the girl. I've watched her videos and they are not entertaining or even remotely fun to watch. I did see someone leave a comment on her youtube page saying that she signed a contract with LG15, but I'm not sure if that's true or someone just assuming she did. |

I think there are a lot of people out there who agree. Yes, Bree is young, but still... how old is this girl..12?13?
As creepy as the order was with everything with Bree... if this Jules is really "the new girl"... I would be sickened to no end.
Child abuse.. even in fiction.. is disturbing. |
Maybe I'm used to fiction in which kids have to stop bad guys ("Buffy the Vampire Slayer," "Runaways," countless other things), but it wouldn't make me consider not watching. It would make me think of the villains as even worse if they were willing to subject a kid as young as Jules seems to be to their drugs, hounding and psychological torment, but I really don't think it would make me stop watching.

Maybe so. But Bree's comment about seeing the same naivete for religion in there is still weird nonetheless. |

I think that Bree sees so much of herself in Jules especially when it comes to naivity(is that even a word) for religion that it really bothers her. Kind of like watching a movie about your life being lived through someone else and there is nothing you can do about it. But in Bree's case, there is something that she can do about it
