I have always been annoyed with those fans who bothered to post about how they were the first or one of the first to see a new video. I would visit a new thread and read through one or two pages of just, "I can't believe I'm here when a video is brand new! OMG!" and other similar comments. I thought it was really silly and would privately poke fun at these individuals.....

This is the first time I have been on this site so early for a new video and I finally realize why all those fans made such posts! When you go to a new thread and you are on the first page....Whoa! So, here is to hypocracy and having no shame!

It is so exciting to be on the first page! Whee!

It was a bit boring. I thought it was amusing how Jonas phrased Daniel's "activities" since they arrived at the bunker. I forget the exact sentence but it something like, "And he spends his nights drinking and reading comic books." Nights? Ha ha ha! He made it sound like Daniel has been a serious drunk since they have arrived! Um, has it not been only two days? So...what? One night? Two nights? I just thought it was funny how he was so dramatic about two whole nights!

I hate it when people say these videos are sort of boring. No they're not. They're a nice break in the action and they give us time to cool down and get to understand the characters better. If every video was all action and revelations in the plot then you'd get really sick and tired of them after a while. I love these little moments. Great video.

But Jonas... STOP FILMING OUTSIDE! You know why these guys always find you so quickly? Because you film your surroundings so it's easier for them to zero in on you. I lova ya Jonas but STUPID MOVE. >_<

Yes, I'm concerned for Daniel, and yes, I hope deep down that he snaps out of his funk and starts getting active again. That said, I think this downtime could be good for the series, as it gives the TAAG ample opportunity to strengthen their bond with one another. There's nothing like a family crisis to really draw people closer to one another, you know what I mean?

BTW, did anyone else notice Jonas refer to Alex as "his Aunt"? Odd, seeing as only two videos he shouted (and I'm paraphrasing here) "it's only Alex now, not Aunt Alex, I don't care what the Order has to do with her, she's lied to my face, TWICE!" I dig his positivism though, and I think it could be a nice little island in the midst of all the chaos happening around our heroes. Yay Jonas! Smile

I loved this video. It helps us bond with them. That and it makes Jonas really human.
