First Cassie, now Op.
It seems I have no luck with ARGs... |

Wow. I took a couple of months hiatus and come back to find all hell broke loose and Op gone.
All of this makes this Lurker very sad.
Darn.
I agree with Mordrack, above. First Cassie (a rather large blow), now Op. |

I was gone for 1-2 weeks only to come back to nothing but chaos.
But Cassie's disappearance was worse, because I was more involved.
And now I am to afraid to start another ARG.
Btw. nice pic |

Since there are sooo many Op fans, what if the creator of Op kept on making puzzles and storylines, with the characters he created, bu that didn't involve BD&J.
The first ones didn't really have to do with them anyways. And it could have it's own, separate, LG style forum and stuff. Since it wouldn't have to be PG anymore, there would be alot more potential plot twists.
That is, if he's not totally burned out on the OpAphid thing. I don't know how to express interest directly, but if anyone does, someone should plead and beg for the game back... because its a waste to throw away something of this shear awesomeness. |
I believe that's what he's doing with the Maddison Atkins character. _________________ A man should live if only to satisfy his curiosity. |

Honestly, I didn't have the time to play either ARG. I lurked for both of them (plus I'm in Germany so I couldn't really get drops). However, I enjoyed, immensely, reading the puzzles and the ways the players would figure them out.
Both games held my attention. You say you were gone only one - two weeks ! Just shows how much can happen in a matter of days or even hours.
Thanks for the pic compliment! |

One day, I was on my way home from work, listening to my all time favorite indy/alternative radio (the only one like it were i live). On the way, I stopped at the grocery store. When I came back out and turned on my car, they were speaking Spanish and playing ranchera music. They had changed my radio station to a Spanish station, which it remains to this day.
That is how the OpAphid ARG made me feel. _________________ ~~~christyna~~~ |

I had to put it in my signature because I laughed so hard. But it was too long so I had to change it a lot. _________________ "Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. Beneath this mask there is an idea, Mr. Creedy, and ideas are bulletproof."

Ranchera, eh? I sense a definite Tachyon connection... (if you've listened to Loveline, you know what I'm referring to.) _________________ Dust on the window
