| I have sent IMs to all the owners of the church asking them what their church is all about, but none of them are online. However, they will get my IMs when they log on next time, and hopefully they will respond. |

Good idea! Look forward to hearing what they have to say.
Considering that this game can potentially involve *real* money (from what little I've read about this game, and land having *real* value), it would seem sensible that the church would have some purpose...
Though it seems unlikely that a virtual church would have actual religious services where money might be collected... Why is it here... hmmm. |

My husband, received his new Playboy a couple days ago. He said he read an article inwhich, SL is featured. It's about how a woman, on there is running her own business and getting a hefty paycheck. All for a virtual lapdance. I saw where someone had something about this could all be a ploy for SL. Not sure, just know they are finding different ways to advertise right now.

ummmm...i think im stupid...i cant navigate worth crap...and i cant find the church..how do i find it? what twn is it near or whatever HELP ME!
EDIT: why when i type the church coordinates do i get placed in a star wars shop? nowhere near a church?

yes yes, let's get back to thinking.
the bible in the church was open to the first page of the bible, genesis 1:1 through 19:38. that brings us up through the destruction of sodom and gomorrah. it ends with lot's two daughters "laying" with him to "preserve his seed" and becoming pregnant by him.
horrific. relevant?

I've had exactly ZERO experience with the game firsthand, but from reports it was said Cassie was searched for by screename and then the "seekers" were able to teleport to the appropriate location using the map. Not sure if this is possible if she is offline though.
An other option may be to search by the community name which is as far as I've gathered "Gothinger Forest".
Let us know how it goes... |

gothinger forest christian church's coordinates are 153, 59, 26.
when i try to teleport there i wind up on a mountain, unable to find my way to the church. i'm trying to learn sl fast. i keep checking to see if cassie has logged back in.
