Don't call any of your videos "little" or "crappy!"
I have started out slow and begun improving a little over time. Visit the section about Fan Videos or the Lobby (for if your videos are off topic.)
You can get feedback to improve. It has helped me SO MUCH!
That's one reason this web forum has been so good for me. It has encouraged me to develop.
