Really? It confused me at first too...but I did a lot of reading about it, and I decided that it's really just supposed to be open to individual interpretation, so that's what I did. I interpreted it the way I wanted to, and now it makes sense.

I can't remember. I haven't seen the film for many years, and I've forgotten most of it. But I came up with this whole complicated theory after watching it over and over, and...I'm going to have to see it again, and get back to you on my interpretation.
