Yeah, pretty much. It depends on when you were born though. The cut off for registration for Kindergarten is September, so you have to be 5 years old by that September. If your bday is, say.... Sept. 15th, you would have to wait to start the next year and you would end up being one of the older students throughout your graduation year. But if you were born right before the cut off (like myself) you would end up being one of the younger students. I just graduated today at 17 years old and will start college a day after my 18th bday. So, it's kinda dependent on your bday when you'll graduate; at either 17 or 18.
Keep in mind though, there are some students who slip through this "cut off". I know one girl whose bday is late September but she is also a Senior. She slipped through somehow.

My school is already 80% outspoken potheads, I think I can handle another 15%.
