Anyone think that in the video "Aleister Crowley" where Daniel talks about the abduction of a young girl living in the same town in Arizona as Aleister Crowley, means anything? _________________ I prefer S.A.R.A.H. or SARAH.

Hey. The chemical reaction that's drawn in the notebook is just a generic partial mechanism for RNA cleavage. The "before" is on the left, the transition state is in the middle, and the product is on the right. _________________ I'm canon; the Creators just don't know it yet. |

OK! So I am digging up some of my biology books (right now i'm about to finish Biology103 at my school so I should know something about it, right?). This is what my biology textbook says about ribosomes
"Two subunits of rRNA and proteins briefly joined together as a structure on which mRNA is translated into polypeptide chains.
+ rRNA = Type of RNA that combines with proteins to form ribosomes, on which polypeptide chains are assembled.
+mRNA = (messenger RNA) = a single strand of ribonucleotides transcribed from DNA, then translated into a polypeptide chain. The only RNA encoding protein-building instructions.
+ RNA = Ribonucleic acid. Any of a class of single stranded nucleic acids that function in transcribing and translating the genetic instructions encoded in DNA into proteins.
+ Polypeptide chains = An organic compound of tree or more amino acids (Organic compound with an H atom, amino group, acid group and R group, all covalently bonded to a carbon atom.) joined by peptide bonds; atoms of its backbone have this pattern: -N-C-C-N-C-C. All proteins are composed of one or more polypeptide chains.
Okay, so this is what my "Biology for Dummies" book says
ribosomes = organelle bodies that may be bound to the ER (endoplasmic reticulum) that are the sites of protein synthesis in eukaryotic cells; the bodies in which amino acids are bound together to form proteins.
+ "In some places, the ER is studded with submicroscopic bodies called ribosomes. This type of ER is referred to as rough ER"
Again, it talks about protein synthesis and how the ribosomes has amino acids inside o it bound together to make protein.
This is what it says about protein synthesis.
"During the 1950s and 1960s, it became apparent that DNA is essential in the synthesis of proteins. Proteins are used in enzymes as structural materials in cells. Many specialized proteins function in cellular activities. For example, in humans, the hormone insulin and the muscle cell filaments are composed of protein. The hair, skin, and nails of humans are composed proteins are all the hundreds of thousands of enzymes in the body."
"RNA is the nucleic acid that carries instructions from the nuclear DNA into the cytoplasm, where protein is synthesized."
"In the synthesis of protein, three types of RNA function. The first type is called ribosomal RNA (rRNA). This form of RNA is used to manufacture ribosomes. They are the places where amino acids are linked to one another to synthesize proteins.
"Transfer RNA (tRNA) ecists in the cell cytoplasm and carries amino acids to the ribosomes for protein synthesis)
"Messenger RNA (mRNA) receives the genetic code in the DNA and carries the code into the cytoplasm where protein synthesis takes place"
*breathes out* okay, I hope that sheds some light on the subject for people. I am going to go pass out cause I just relived Biology101 _________________ - Nicki -

I'm re-looking for my book about ribozymes but it's not saying much (unless it can be called something else). I remember talking about it. Here's some more information about DNA strands.
"The nucleotides of the DNA strans are read in groups of three. Each group is a codon. Thus, a codon may be CGA, or TTA, or GCT or any combinations of the four basis, depending on their sequence in the DNA strand.
so each codon can stand for an amino acid which is apart of your DNA. So, this explains why Bree is trait positive. The order, in a sense, built her that way with the injections. The only question is, do you have to be born a certain way or can the order make anybody "trait positive?"
I'm still having trouble understand why "cutting up" Bree's DNA would do anything ... unless the Order needs her blood specifically or something. Maybe that explains her special diet that she said in a earlier video. This is me just thinking allowed but you know when you donate blood, you're suppose to eat a lot more iron (changing diet) and exercising pumps up the blood (being tired and her training).
Could it be possible the order needs her blood?
Bah, no more of this. Harry Potter time. _________________ - Nicki -

Thank you so much for getting this up here. I'll take a closer look at the molecular structures in a bit, but at first glance they look somewhat like ribose molecules, like the ones found in the backbone of an RNA strand. |
they seem to have done they're homework |

Okay, opening line was awesome.
How obviously upset Jonas was, was also aweome.
I mean, Daniel was upset too, but, in a more :best friends for life: type of way.
Jonas being all three-year old and getting all giggly at how Sarah likes Daniel, OoOoOo! cracked me up so hard.
And Daniels face when Sarah jumped out and then talked to him. He'd get pissed off at anyone else.
Oh, having Sarahs face in the middle on YT, was tricky and mean
Annnd to finish off, Jonas obsessing over Bree again :/ Aww. _________________ "Duninnerupme"

My question is what do the questions they asked on the HoO website compatibility quiz have to do with the scientific aspect of things? Do they want more members so they look like a legitimate religion or do they want them for test subjects? My first thought was that perhaps the different age groups or something had to do with their Ribozymes or their acceptance of some sort of ribozyme implant or something. I really don't know very much about this sort of this so this is just my reaching out for something coherent. |

5 stars once again.
Warning! Crazy Apo theory in progress!
Look at this screenshot:
Where were these photos of Bree taken? We know they were snapped before she went on the run. Her home at that time was not a brick house. It was white stucco.
I know where else I have seen Bree photographed in front of a brick structure:
It's a bit of a stretch, but here is my current crazy theory. The HoO videos were actually filmed BEFORE Bree was on the run.
They are not recent videos of her.
End of crazy theory. _________________ Official Jester of the LG15 Defense Force! |

But the eyebrows in front of the brick house look smaller than the one from her recent video!
The real solution here is her eyebrows, they are the solution to everything. They're masterminds, you know. _________________

Anyone else besides me read that book?? I had to in college...it's a weird book, but some of the broader themes in the book parallel some of the stuff with the Order and the Hymn of One...
Science confuses the hell outta me, but I'll be watchin' what you guys come up with in that department... | I read that book earlier this year in English 12. Loooooove that. My teacher had to explain a lot of it to us though.
But all this bio crap is waaaaay over my head. Last time I had bio was in 10th grade and I passed with a D.

Apo, that is really neat! I had a moment of pure awe after reading your "crazy theory" but then, once logic settled back into my teeny brain, I realized that your theory is just crazy!
First of all, it is a bit of a stretch to make this connection:
Brick wall in background = Brick building in "Sing With Me" video
Um, there are many brick structures in this world! I can't say you are completely wrong, because we can never be sure until it is made clear by the creators but I feel like it is a desperate attempt to connect the two things.
Also, the eyebrows do give a lot away. Her latest videos definitely do not include the big, awkwardly shaped, dark eyebrows we knew when Bree first made her grand entrance. These last two videos from her are definitely recent.
However, Apo, I wish your theory was correct! It would be very cool! I agree that this picture collage for her father is not meant to be tossed aside. Everyone is busy with their biology textbooks but I feel like we should also give attention to these photos, like you have done! In a previous post, a fan suggested that some of the pictures looked like Gemma's "squirrel, nut, man thing" and I can see this. What do you think?
Well, for those who even bothered to read this huge post, what do any of you think??? _________________
