|Bree it's just your favorite HoS on here calling. Ok so I'm probably the only HoS, but anyway. I know thing seem scary and extremely stress for you right now. So I think maybe to help calm you down you should meditate. I wish I could video camera to show you but since I don't I'll give you a step by step instructions.
Step 1: Find a comfortable place to sit on.
Step 2: Sit indian style and place both hands on your knees in a postion you are comfortable with.
Step 3: Take deep calming breathes with your eyes closed and begin clearing your mind of everything until there is a void of nothingness.
There that is probably all I can give you because that is all I do. It does help me alot so I hope it helps you also.
