Since this seems to be the only place to talk about Gemma so far, did anyone else, anyone at all, think that the hand motion for squirrel was... well, kind of un-squirrel-like? Because of her accent, I thought she said scroll, and the hand motion looks like she was holding a scroll, and it wasn't until I finished reading this thread that I realized she was saying squirrel (even though that makes a lot more sense  )
EDIT: Can anyone tell me the thread that first mentions that there may be a girl #2? You all seem to know more than me  |

Let me toss a question out there for everyone. If you were Daniel would you take Brees phonecall right now? Lets review this from his perspective. He has a best friend that he falls for eventually they kiss and start going out. quickly after that its ended because her parents hate him. She puts other things in her life ahead of him and eventually pushes him out all together. You show how much you care and are concerned by keeping an eye on her (remember this is his perspective) and waisting your life following her around through the woods at night. Now on top of everything else you have this weird cult following you and photographing you, your a teenage boy and never even got to 2nd base with the girl...So I ask would you maybe let it go to voice mail?

oh my GOD i LOVE your avi!!! i'm away at college and i miss my cats sooo much!!
i definitely think that Gemma looks good for canon. also, the fact that she's here looks bad for Daniel...
you guys are having some amazing ideas.
i think it totally makes sense that she'd be older than Bree- think about if you've ever babysat- you teach them little games and stuff to pass the time, totally makes sense.
only problem is, i find myself wondering how much Gemma could possibly do to move the plot along from all the way in London. i guess we'll just have to wait and see...
i hate waiting  |

the refrence of the 2nd girl is from the original casting call for "The Children of Anchor Cove" I looked for the web page but it seems to be missing now |

I don't think they ever started "going out." A kiss does not equal a relationship-- things started falling out for them right after the kiss.
If I were him, I would have taken the call. He's obviously concerned about her and had been trying to contact her before (going to her house, etc). I would especially take her call if I thought she knew something that could help me, or if I thought she was going to try to explain something to me that I've been trying to figure out.

There's another view we're not seeing in this, as well. If you were Daniel's mother or father, would you allow him to take one of Bree's calls? What if Daniel's parents became aware of the fact that he'd done a B&E and put his life in danger through his association with Bree? If I knew that my kid had started stalking people, and was having his picture taken by a yet unnamed religious cult, I'd certainly counsel him to back off. If Daniel was my son, I'd be telling Bree that he was "out with friends." |

There's another view we're not seeing in this, as well. If you were Daniel's mother or father, would you allow him to take one of Bree's calls? I forgot to post the other side of my arguement, if he thinks she could get Lucy and her crew off his back it would make sense that he would take the call. I know that doesn't add much insite...i guess its good i'm going to bed. |

Well...if I began to think that a bunch of "secret" weirdo types that chill on top of hills in remote areas wearing black robes at night speaking enochian with a 16 year old girl who they've been injecting something into were following me around and maybe even trying to kill me or something...and Bree said in her last video that she was going to call me after she tried to figure out what was going on, YES..even if I were pissed that she didn't let me make out with her, I think I'd answer that call.
