Not sure if this is in the right place or not so feel free to move this!
Is it just me, or does Jules' words not match her lips? Is this at all significant, or am I just crazy? It's really visible in the Mi Escuela video.

I suspected that a bit, but none of the other canon videos were like that. But maybe I'm reading too much into this.

I think you probably are reading too much into it, as you suspect. The circumstances under which the first Jules videos were made was different, so it's not surprising that the quality is less. According to Amanda Goodfried, they were made months before they were actually used, and weren't actually intended to have anything to do with LG15.
Due to a last-minute casting change (someone who was supposed to play another role dropped out reputedly an hour before filming was to begin), they just went with some videos that Amanda had made with her little sister, Shannon (the girl who plays Jules).

There are several New Girls who are still active. I would support a move of the section to Fan Fic, but I think retiring the section all together is ridiculous.

Yeah. I meant that I just don't like the idea of chunking this section altogether. I'm cool with just moving it down the forum.

It just so happens I agree with moving the section down to fanfic but I think if a moderator is going to "nominate" a section for retirement they should do it in PM. If we're going to start voting publicly, there are sections that get far less activity that should go first. |
