It looked like it was just over the fence back there in that housing complex. Maybe someone was firing up the old grill.

The smoke may or may not be a clue, I dunno. Direction of where the smoke is going, a clue perhaps?

I think it was just some unsuspecting citizens firing up the grill and managed to get into the shot. It looked more like a public park then the actual HoO compound to me.
