I'm a little behind on this, so sorry, xD but I just realized that whenever a new character is introduced 3 things happen.  They are believed to be Bree's relative, They're believed to be in the order, and they get a Fan Club.
We have a ritual.

I think Dexii is referring to the plethora of character fan clubs - Jonas, DB, Sarah Taylor, Spencer . . .
Yep, seems whenever a new character is introduced a new fan club immediately springs forth.
