copy makes sense. then it would occude its copy. which makes sense in a biochemical standpoint
god i love having a background in this stuff XD _________________ -Kelly |

I'm POSITIVE that the last word in the last theoretical point is "copy" (just as I was a few pages back.... but does anyone listen to Travis? noooooooooo ) |

In order to? Does it matter, this is only theoretical anyway _________________ The names Julie.

This is what I have, and I'm working on the Reference points. But correct me if I've missed anything yo guys have figured out so far.
The Bree Solution (that sounds REALLY important )
Objectives:
How to transform Bree from TRAIT: POSITIVE to TRAIT: NEGATIVE
Given Facts:
1) Bree's blood contains a special ribozyme mutated and unique only to her.
2) The gene for said ribozyme has a regular hyper mutation that changes with every generation.
3) A non-functioning mutated (?) ribozyme exists and manifests differently in every Hymn of One girl.
4) This portion still functions but you cannot block it because the complimentary strands of RNA won't combine.
Theoretical Solution
1) Block the ribozyme in question by obtaining a sample of that same ribozyme in order to copy it.
2) Create complimentary strand of RNA.
3) Q.E.D. strand will bind to ribozyme and occlude its activity (?).
Practical Solution
1) Obtain blood sample of Bree.
2) Synthesize complimentary strand of RNA
3) Inject Bree with this complementary strand.
4) Q.E.D. ribozymes blocked will be rendered effectual.
Intended Results
1) Once synthesized and injected into Bree she'll become trait negative
2) Additional consequences (if any) - TBD
______ Reference Points
The steps concerning ribozyme function
RNAse P related -tRNA cleavage
Splicosome related - intron/exon splicing
______related - telomere synthesis
GlmS ribozyme related - fructose 6-phosphate pathway

So exactly which parts are we unsure of?
(I've been lurking but I've lost track) |

Ah, so you're bias to my name makes you just assume to not listen to me. I see how it is. Fine, one of these days I'm going to solve an ENTIRE LG15 puzzle by myself (not just the 90% that I figured out before looking at what you guys had already figured out because I'm a dip!), and then you'll be sorry! Oh yes. You'll be sorry. Dun dun DUN!!!! |

For guys solving the papers, given point 3 and 4 don’t make sense. Especially point 3
I think what its trying to say is that these girls all have a weird ribozyme but they are non functional? However Bree’s is functional and hence then need an complementary RNA strand to bind in and inhibit its function
Does that make sense?

With just the last part I think the word before reference points is concerning and before fructose is mutated _________________ "Little minds are tamed and subdued by misfortune, but great minds rise above them." |

So this is the important letter that was in the box. Here is what we could make out:
The Bree Solution (that sounds REALLY important )
Objectives:
How to tansform Bree from TRAIT: POSITIVE to TRAIT:NEGATIVE
Given Facts:
1) Bree's blood contains a special ______ mutated and unique only to her
2) _____ for said ribozyme has a ______ hyper mutation that changes with every ___________
3) A non-function ________ exists and manifests differently in every Hymn of One ______
4) This portion still functions but you cannot ___________ because the complemantary strand of RNA won't counteract
Theoretical Solution
1) Blood in the ribozyme in question by obtaining a sample of the that same ribozyme (?)
2) Create a complemantary strand of RNA
3) Q.E.D. strand will bind to a ribozyme a ____________________
Practical Solution
1) _____ blood sample of Bree
2) _____ complimentary strand _____
3) _______ with this compliementary ____
4) Q.E.D. ribozymes blocked ___________
Intended Results
1) Once authorized and injected into Bree, she will become ill (well?)
2) Additional consequences (if any) -TBD (to be determined?)
______ Reference Points
This whole section is pretty illegible.
This is all I could get... hope this helps... _________________ "We're being chased by security!" ~Jonas. |
