For QtheC's horsey, combine the pixel colors in the color key for each number, ignoring the color word (e.g. for 1: 14% orange, 12% blue, and 9% yellow).

I was going to go with one of these solutions, but I like Deagol's better...

Noting that YouTube video addresses are encoded in 11 characters including upper and lower case letters, numbers, and - or _ ,
I have tried to find a way to translate the intervals into numbers that then translate into an 11 character code.
I have not yet succeeded, but here is one such attempt...
(note that there is no -1 interval since it would be the same as +1, i.e. two identical notes)

Q, that's just amazing and too much work for a lazy guy like me. I really hope it's not that hard. Now, I've found something somewhere else. Kudos to silverblue for noticing something here right from the get go, and shame on us for not following up on her suggestion. Goes to show that if you notice something, even if you don't know what to do with it, try to just follow it up as much as you can, or insist that someone tries it.
So, I thought I'd try making something out of the tick-tocks just before the notes in code (silverblue called them tapping), as it seemed pretty morse/binary. Transcribing it was a pain, especially the latter parts of it. First attempt, dots are tocks, dashes are ticks:

Well, if that's morse code, it's impossible to decipher since there's no variation in the pauses between the dots or dashes to mark out letters and words. So I then tried it as binary. Dots=0 and dashes=1.

you are thinking of Wow... the seals are made of stone, so that could be it ....
if it is GO TO THE STONES , they could be talking about the Georgia Guidestones which is a key location in WoW , there is a ceremony coming up there that Sean is an important element of.

I haven't been following Wow at all, so may be missing the reference. The only "Stones" that come to my mind are the Rolling Stones and the tombstones in the video.

It is unlikely that the message is GO TO THE STONES, as the extra letter would have added 5 more beats. Although this does go well with the tombstones in the video.
Also, "GOT THE STONES" makes sense in the contect of the audio track, where the speaker says "One last thing to do before leaving London. Something they want. Something I found." (tick tocking begins) ... (tick tocking ends) "Now Mr. Gone, I need some info" (music code continues)

For the music code, my method may seem a bit complex, but I think it may be close. The data size seems to match the YouTube code size of 11 characters. The biggest problem I have is what to do with the first three intervals (4 1 3) as that does not fit well into what I was doing otherwise.
It would be helpful if someone with a musical ear could carefully check Deagols' transcription of the music and the intervals. I tried this and did not find any obvious errors, but I'm not postive there are none.
I can try slight variants on the 11 character codes (by assuming each interval is off by 1 up or 1 down), but the number of possibilities blows up pretty quickly.
