Bree is just deciding to take better care of herself, be more of a lady. |

There is no relevance in her nails being painted or not painted, it doesnt even matter. |

Her nails are only painted when the actress that plays Bree has a hot date. |

At first I found this obsession of yours for Bree's nails totally ridiculous. But I have to admit I might have been ridiculous to neglect this detail. The painted nails are so...right into our face in the previous video, that it might actually be something. We know for sure that Lucy is trying to get Bree to grow up a little (stop talking to your stuffed animals, etc..). But having painted nails doesn't make her more mature* in any way. So I don't know. But I agree there might be something relevant here. But I cannot vote for any of the suggestions.
[edit] *= on the other hand, I suspect that a lot of clues in LG15 are symbolic in nature. |

I think it may be something that Bree does because she's supposed to regard herself as "more mature" or older/wiser, now. It's one of those things that little girls do when they're "playing" grown-up. KWIM? So, do I think it's significant, with regard to her religion? No. Do I think it's significant to Bree, as a character? Yes. Do I think Lucy is involved? Not directly.
Bree's mom doesn't seem to be very "hands on" with Bree. Lucy seems like a well dressed, attractive woman. I wonder if Bree is just trying to be more like Lucy and the grooming is a nod to that desire? |

She did the thing with her nails because she is still locked up all day and does silly things out of boredom. Owen is next. |

No significance...if it were, we would never have seen nail polish on her nails prevoiusly...and we wouldn't have seen nail polish bottles in her room previously. Coincidence... |

I voted that it doesn't matter, I think it's something Jess does from time to time and the producers don't mind if she wears it or not. Incidentally, I think nail polish looks impossibly tacky on fingernails, but I find painted toenails very pretty. And, I love french manicured fingernails, but think it looks so gross to have french manicured toenails. How did I get this disease? |
