My earlier vids were made with Pinnacle software, which I found very easy to use. It is not compatable with my new computer, which runs Windows Vista. I shoulda bought a Mac.
I am presently using Ulead to convert Quicktime to .wmv format, and then using Windows Movie Maker to complete the vids.

I've been using WMM to start with but it's very limited and I bought Power Director recently . But this thing is highly unstable, keeps crashing and is driving me crazy. Have you ever tried Adobe premiere elements? Is it any good?

I use pinnacle studio 11 plus on Vista, no problem at all. I still kinda suck at it though  . I've never even tried windows movie maker.
I was wondering about adobe premier elements aswell. |

Now I am starting to wonder about the Adobe software myself. I had Pinnacle 10.8, and they posted a beta patch which did not work. So I decided not to fool with version 11.
