Sarah is dead, y'all. That's what I'm getting here. Sarah talked to the press and they had her killed. I mean, Caller 1 definitely sounds like her (snark, mention of her father, "I am an [elder]"). Man, how great would it be if Caller 2 is Lucy?
(I might be wrong, but those are my very strong first impressions.)
In related news, apparently Verdus can't even keep their money clean? Like, all the culty stuff and genetic engineering is bad enough, but you can't even be good businessmen? Haven't y'all never heard of Al Capone? Jeez. _________________ ~Karen |

I mean it's possible they're holding her somewhere or that they messed with her memories or something, but it's also certainly possible that she's dead. Doesn't really surprise me that the Order turned on her - if she got too ambitious with the whole Jonas and Maggie scheme and they weren't getting the results they wanted, I can see them punishing her for that - but it would make me sad, too. I feel like Sarah's story is a tragic one, from whatever happened with her father that led to her joining the Order, to all of it seemingly backfiring on her. (Not that recognizing how tragic it is means I'm condoning the things she did.) _________________ pass the salt, pour the wine

That is possible, but I'm not sure why they would do that. I don't get the impression that she's that valuable, but we don't have much to go on right now, so...
My feelings about Sarah are complicated. She kind of feels like two different characters (three, maybe, if you consider the way she changed over the course of the first series). Her story in the first series does feel tragic to me, but Resistance Sarah I have little sympathy for. If you play with fire... _________________ ~Karen |

I think we keep getting old stories to create a backstory for the order for the time frame we have missed since the series ended. To catch us up to speed. _________________ -Kelly |

Nothing to add, except my mind keeps swapping "Override" for "Overrun" because of the movie Hackers
