I got .json files explained to me by a friend. Pretty much this file is people messaging each other and the 'ts' bit is time stamp. But I could be wrong.
Edit: Unix Time Stamp - Conversation happened 10/12/2012 between 2:04am-3:05am (UTC/GMT)

7:33pm Control: Ask about Estelle.
7:35pm Alpha14: copy subject returning
7:40pm Alpha14: uh subject is irate
7:42pm Control: Well you just asked about his ex
7:43pm Alpha14: are you sandbagging me rn
7:45pm Control: A little. Relax. He's harmless.
7:46pm Alpha14: now he's taking a call outside
7:46pm Alpha14: this would be a lot easier if you would let me drink
7:48pm Control: I'm sure it would be

My sister pointed out that the code at the top could have something missing from it. Like it looks like when a webpage's code gets messed with and goes wonky.

I already converted all the timestamps to pacific time (GMT -0800 hrs) |

Great! So I rewatched the last resistance video. After the credits there is a little clip from Reed. He has a note from Maggie that reads "Go to him. He's the only one who can help us now." (Similar handwriting to the dark delicacies notes maybe?). He knocks on the door and who is it? Daniel! That's the last we see of Reed. So of course M knows that Reed knows where Daniel is.
I'm really hoping M is Maggie some how hacking her way out from wherever HoO is keeping her and Jonas. |

It almost looks like some of the code you can get from a hex editor. |

Estelle is not a very common name. And Estelle was Reed's Ex Girlfriend that lived in a PA apartment!  |
