I know the feeling... It takes me a good 45 minutes to an hour to get in town to the nearest grocery store and get back again.

I know the feeling... It takes me a good 45 minutes to an hour to get in town to the nearest grocery store and get back again.

Damn!! 45 minutes? Oh, that's really gotta suck. We're not too bad, only about 10 to get to a crappy Wallmart (not a super one), 1/2 hour to get to places to get actual food.
Ok, so inspired by the honey carrots, I've decided to try honey-ginger pork chops. *sigh* Isn't this supposed to be The Guy Cooks day?  |

Well... 45 minutes to get there and get back... Unless it's night and there's no traffic, then I can take the back roads and do 80mph the entire way
Honey-ginger sounds really good too! Yum! 
I'm on my own for dinner tonight... The wife is out of town So I'll probably do fast-food on my way home... It's not work cooking just for myself, especially when I'm not particularly good at it

Yes, I've made her dinner several times I'm sorta good at cooking a couple of her favorites (or she's just being polite, and claiming they're favorites )
