Mmmmm, sounds good. Though I'm not a big cake person. My mother makes cakes for friends (wedding cakes are the worst, they take forever!) and I'd say she does about one every two weeks on average, so I grew up with cake around alllll the time. It just stops tasting good after so long. But I am the icing queen, I was always in charge of getting the correct amount of sweetness in it, and since I moved away she said a few (very blunt) people have come up to her and said they don't like her icing as much now, and want her to go back to how it used to be. 
I have impeccable taste, what can I say?
And I could never do roses with icing. Never had the patience to do all those darned petals... |
Eww, yes, I'm not good with roses at all. But I can make a mean violet! 
Oh, so you know exactly what I'm talking about!!(I told you, we must be related in some way! *shifty eyes*) She rennovated her home basement into a kitchen and bought one of those industrial mixers, so she makes her frosting (buttercream for regular cakes, she will do fondant for wedding but isn't a big fan) too.
I'm not usually a cake person too, but hers are SO FLIPPIN BANGING. She makes this cool mini cakes with those large muffin tins...oh man, I might be gaining even more weight working there. Holy hell, I gotta start working out, stat.
So you taste impeccable huh? Only one way to find out. |

But I am stalking you. I wish you'd keep the shades up in your bedroom, though!! It's making it very diificult for me.
I do like using caned frosting on brownies...especially when they're still warm. Uhm, that sounds sinfully good right now. I love Teddy Grahams! The straight out regular ones are my favourite!
