I think we all feel your pain!!
The train was surreal, I don't think there was a big AHA moment. It was a place for the HSA PM to collect her characters/thoughts and see where they wanted to go (just IMO)
Everyone left the train, except the architect who is still wandering the halls.
Ironically Laughing (a barely fleshed out character) turned himself into Cedric Boone, who is now the professor. The semester begins 12/1, but there is an assignment out now

I'm not sure what ))!(( is but Mekas is Jonas Mekas - check out:

He is a very famous art film director from NYC in the 60's. He recently decided to publish many of his short experimental films from the 60's as podcasts (i.e. films you can watch in the palm of your hand). They cost money to see completely, but you can look at little previews on the site.
