I simply thought him saying that sounded regretful, like if he could he would take back a lot of things that may have happened before they disappeared. I think Bree should trust him  I like him! |

So overall...this video is Jonas asking Bree to trust him.
I think she should.
There is something fishy from Gemma insisting Bree doesn't. How do we know for sure that Gemma herself isn't part of the order and isn't trying to make the good guys look like bad guys?

I'm thinking that Jonas is a "good guy", but he may not be. Either way I think that them going to stay with him would further the plot (as others have mentioned).
