This might be unuseful but I thought it might be a bit of a find.
I was researching the Illuminati.

The link is dead, but I suspect what you are referring to is the standard European dating system: dd/mm/yyyy but with a decimal format, hence today would be 9.12.2006. By the way, the ISO standard dating form is yyyy.mm.dd. This is virtually identical to the American system except that folks seem to have lost trcak of the meaning of the comma: December 9, 2006. The comma indicates a transposition, as in an index, hence: 2006 December 9, or 2006.12.9. _________________ SEF |

Oh, I missed the title. Yeah, year/month/day is the International Standards Organization (or ISO) form. The full expansion is year/month/day/hour/minute/second. You can see the logic of this system. It lets you specify a specific fraction of a second using the form 2006.12.09:22:54:01.6666.... _________________ SEF |
