From base64 translates to:

Tachyon just updated her profile. Under Favorite Books it says:

which, when decoded from base 64 gives you this in ASCII:
4d 61 74 63 68 20 74 68 65 20 71 75 6f 74 65 2f 73 63 65 6e 65 2f 73 65 71 75 65 6e 63 65 20 28 69 6e 20 6c 6f 77 65 72 63 61 73 65 29 20 74 6f 20 74 68 65 20 6d 6f 76 69 65 20 28 69 6e 20 55 50 50 45 52 43 41 53 45 29 2e 20 57 61 74 63 68 20 61 6e 64 20 63 6f 6d 70 61 72 65 20 74 68 65 20 6c 6f 77 65 72 63 61 73 65 20 73 63 65 6e 65 20 69 6e 20 65 61 63 68 20 55 50 50 45 52 43 41 53 45 20 6d 6f 76 69 65 20 74 6f 20 66 69 6e 64 20 61 20 70 61 74 74 65 72 6e 20 74 68 61 74 20 77 69 6c 6c 20 64 65 74 65 72 6d 69 6e 65 20 68 6f 77 20 79 6f 75 20 68 61 6e 64 6c 65 20 74 68 65 20 55 50 50 45 52 43 41 53 45 20 6c 65 74 74 65 72 73 2f 6e 75 6d 62 65 72 73 2e
then decode this from hex and you get:
Match the quote/scene/sequence (in lowercase) to the movie (in UPPERCASE). Watch and compare the lowercase scene in each UPPERCASE movie to find a pattern that will determine how you handle the UPPERCASE letters/numbers. |

I thought maybe each colum that changed numbers could be paired up with the hex letter/number on the line it was with to make a letterr. I took the second colum and put it each number with the number/letter of the line it's on and got:
10 23 39 43 58 68 76 85 93 a4 b3 c1 d8 e5 f1
Which is just jumble in Hex: #9CXhv…“¤³ÁØåñ
*shrugs*
I guess that's not it! But I can say that I tried. _________________ I fall down, a lot.

And the numbers with the bullets removed.
Code: | 095041131310

125387400440
847568616720
575620693340
172830693340 |
which translates from decimal to base64 as:
Code: | //////////////////// |
It does that with the 3's still in though, so it could be wrong.
And it is wrong. Op squashed this translation in a YT message, which I posted. _________________ Official Jester of the LG15 Defense Force!

If you take the row and put each number with the row "name" and put those letters in Hex you get letters in Base 64.
Row1:10 19 15 10 14 11 11 13 11 13 10: EBkVEBQRERMRExA=
Row2: 23 21 22 21 22 22 29 21 25 22 20: IyEiISIiKSElIiA=
Ugh. I know, jibberish. Put I thought maybe it was scrambled...but it has characters that aren't letters .
Eh. _________________ I fall down, a lot.

Maybe each letter and number represents an identifier and not an interger? Maybe we should try and focus on decoding each line?
And if you get '/' characters thats an error message normally I thought. I follow the base64 to HEX, from there I am trying to think what uses 12 digit combinations.
Any ideas? |
