I was kinda thinking the same thing as holly actually.
What if they aren't there at all but Jonas gave them money?
Main reason I think this could be a possibility: Daniel's departure is rather suspicious. Something is up with that. He "doesn't trust Jonas" so he allows Bree to go there alone? Doesn't make sense.
But at the same time I lean towards trusting Jonas, mainly because I don't trust Gemma.

No, not quite, as you of all people know. Daniel and Bree staged the fight, and Bree left with Jonas and gave him the tape to edit and upload. THAT was the test. If he reported what happened honestly, and made a plea for Daniel to come back, THEN they could know Jonas is trustworthy. If he took advantage of the situation, then they'd know he wasn't. |
I don't see how that quite works. We don't yet know that he edited the tape honestly, and even if Jonas is a bad guy he would probably ask for Daniel to come back. The jury is still very much out on whether he's a good guy or a bad guy. I'm still quite convinced that he's a villain. |

I actually get the impression that a significant reason Daniel doesn't want to go there is because he wants to be the one protecting Bree -- not Jonas. It's a stupid guy thing. Is it really hard to believe that Daniel wouldn't act rationally? |

I guess its possible that it is a "macho" thing. Maybe Daniel felt threatened by Jonas for some reason or another. Especially since Bree was so eager to go to Jonas' house. |

i dont know if its a guy thing, but i wouldnt leave someone that hot that i'm close to hitting go on her own with a good looking guy

Holly didn't tell Bree and Daniel exactly what they should do next. She was just given the time and place they were supposed to meet Jonas, so that she could tell Jonas for them if she deemed him worthy of such knowledge. She delivered the message to him by popular opinion, and he showed up. That was the only role Holly played in this. |

maybe there's something wrong with daniel. He probably knows bree is leaving him to be with a good looking guy. he probably just didn't want to be the schmuck living in the house with them while they hooked up. like yo ho ho...
Or else, he just feels inadequate compared to jonas.

well, i was wondering why bree wasn't in the video of jonas's house. you'd think he'd want to confirm that she was there, and at least have footage of her in the house acting all emo and stuff. yeah the idea of throwing off the order is a good one.

The creators are really smart people. I can't believe how they've set this up so sweet for themselves...they have to do very little work!!!!
All they have to do is throw a dramatic situation on the screen and sit back while we (well, mostly YOU guys) come up with all these twists and turns for the storyline to go. then they can pick the best and go with it.
they just had to set this thing up and now it's rolling on its own. some of these ideas are so good, the work is being done for them!!!!! |

While it's true that the writers don't have to do much, nowadays to come up with scenarios, they still have to sort through everything and come up with what works best for theplot they originally thought of.
When you have this many ideas zipping around you, coming up with something may still be difficult, but just in a different way. This time, it may be difficult to choose one.
