Redesigning for new theme.

Well, due to the new red-on-blue/blue-on-red theme, I made two templates in my sand box. I'll post the discussion for the KM one here.

The problem—theres something wrong with the code. Yeah. I don't know how the <noinclude> and "Preview" got in the template code, but it did. Help?

Updated: Should be fixed.

Although I must say this is looking a little too "stars and stripes"-y for my taste. Reminds me of a Texan town fest or something.
