Gemma's flatmate is never seen in any of Gemma's videos, but Gemma talks about her often. Apparently there is a fair amount of tension between the two of them due to Gemma being a bit more of a "neat freak" than her, among other things.
Seeing as recent revelations by Tachyon show that Gemma is not actually in London, it's possible that she had merely set up a story about her living in a flat in London to fool Bree. If this is the case, it's possible that her "flatmate" never existed at all.
