The background image (see it here) on Outbreak's site on lg15 contains several lines of binary:
0101011101100101001000000111010001101000011000010110111001 1010110010000001111001011011110111010100100000011001100110 1111011100100010000001110100011000010110101101101001011011 1001100111001000000111010001101000011001010010000001110100 0110100101101101011001010010000001110100011011110010000001 1101000111001001100001011011100111001101101100011000010111 0100011001010010000001110100011010000110100101110011001011 0000100000011000100111010101110100001000000111010101101110 0110011001101111011100100111010001110101011011100110000101 1101000110010101101100011110010010000001110100011010000110 0101011100100110010100100000011000010111001001100101001000 0001101110011011110010000001100011011011000111010101100101 0111001100100000011010000110010101110010011001010010111000 0011010000101000001101000010100101011101100101001000000110 1000011011110111000001100101001000000111100101101111011101 0100100000011001010110111001101010011011110111100100100000 0111010001101000011001010010000001110011011001010110000101 1100110110111101101110001011100000110100001010000011010000 1010010100110110100101101110011000110110010101110010011001 0101101100011110010010110000100000010011010110001101000011 0110111101101110011011100110010101101100011011000010000000 1001100010000001001100011010010111010001110100011011000110 1001001000000010011000100000010100100110111101110101011101 1101100101
The binary translates to a message from the crew of Outbreak:
Forgotten
The video "Forgotten" contained two puzzles. The first was found at the beginning of the video where several groupings of letters can be seen, and was quickly solved. The second puzzle (see French Puzzle) is still unsolved and may require several videos to complete.
The letter groupings found in the video are:
SDUDW OPDEO DWLLA JAZPK IAEOP DANAW JUPDE JCEYW JZKEO EPDKL AHAOO ZKEDW RAWJU YDWJY AKBHE REJCE SWJPP KHERA EHHZK SDWPA RANEP PWGAO EHHZK WJUPD EJCPK OPWNU WHERA EHHZK WJUPD EJCFQ OPLHA WOAOW RAIA
These letter groupings were soon discovered to be a vigenère cipher, which utilized the keyword "W". Once deciphered, the letters yielded:
WHYHA STHIS HAPPE NEDTO MEIST HEREA NYTHI NGICA NDOIS ITHOP ELESS DOIHA VEANY CHANC EOFLI VINGI WANTT OLIVE ILLDO WHATE VERIT TAKES ILLDO ANYTH INGTO STARY ALIVE ILLDO ANYTH INGJU STPLE ASESA VEME
In proper text, the letters form a complete thought, with several sentences:
Objective Assigned
The video "Objective Assigned" contained two puzzles. The first was prominently found in the middle of the video as morse code (seen below). The second puzzle (see French Puzzle) is still unsolved and may require several videos to complete.
The complete morse code heard within the video was:
-.. . -- .-. .- / . .-. .- / ..- --- -.-- / . .-. ..- ... / . -.- .- -- / ... .-. . .-- --- .--. / .-.. .-.. .. .-- / ... .. / . -- .- -. / ... - . --. .-. .- - / . .... -
Translated, this comes out to:
DEMRA ERA UOY ERUS EKAM SREWOP LLIW SI EMAN STEGRAT EHT
This phrase, reversed gave the final phrase:
Point Insertion
The video "Point Insertion" contained two puzzles. The first has yet to be uncovered, although it is known that it is in Morse Code (due to a tag). The second puzzle (see French Puzzle) is still unsolved and may require several videos to complete.
Catching Up, Closing Out
The video "Catching Up, Closing Out" contained a puzzle involving several flashes of green in the video. The meaning of this puzzle has yet to be discovered, and its solve is still in progress.
Vlogging: A Definitive Guide
The video "Vlogging: A Definitive Guide" contained a puzzle involving several flashes of green in the video. The meaning of this puzzle has yet to be discovered, and its solve is still in progress.
French Puzzle
The "French Puzzle" can be found during the appearance and disappearance of the french phrases at the end of the videos Forgotten, Objective Assigned, and Point Insertion. Several symbols and letters appear quickly on the screen, seemingly at random. The French phrase is currently solved, but its significance is unknown at the moment. The random symbols may have some reason behind them or they may be just an outro effect, that as well is unknown as of yet.
As there is no clear approach to how this puzzle should be solved yet, please visit LG15 Today for the current progress.
For Forgotten it said, "Il ouvrit les yeux..." For Objective Assigned it said, "...et regarda dehors au lever du soleil..." For Point Insertion it said, "...et a vu le matin."
All together the French is:
"Il ouvrit les yeux et regarda dehors au lever du soleil et a vu le matin."
This is the translation of the French:
