Notes

  • Sarah's rant brings up many feminist themes. She says that she is just as capable as the boys and observes that although The Order tends to sacrifice virgins, they also have some kick ass chicks like Claire and Lucy.
  • Sarah seems to have completely abandoned the all-black clothing scheme that once defined her character.
  • With Sarah reference of the Batman Universe, The yellow bat-sign that Sarah sprayed painted is reference to Batgirl's chest symbol where Batman's chest symbol is black ... this is incorrect, as in the movies, batman's chest symbol was yellow in the first two, with Michael Keaton; and in the comic book world, in "The Dark Knight Returns" by Frank Miller, Batman explains that he makes his chest symbol bright yellow, so the bad guys shoot his [armored] chest, rather than his face.
