8 minutes

8 minutes is not cemented yet......but its a possible candidate: see LG15 today for articles on 8 minutes - it could also fit under 436--modelmotion 13:15, 6 June 2007 (CDT)

>WEll... the 436 actually occurs in 8 minutes to everyone else, but to the attacked it can be days...

I think it is the other way around, the absent commenter is gone for days to everyone else, but when they check their own watch upon returning, only 8 minutes have passed.~ QtheC 23:47, 6 June 2007 (CDT)

I agree that Q has the correct interpretation of the 8 minutes. According to the myth Joe was experimenting with a universal time zone but something went wrong. I believe that he thinks he estimated the location of the 436 and that caused the experiment to go wrong.--modelmotion 01:06, 7 June 2007 (CDT)

Breeniversisms

The word Breeniversisms does not exactly roll off the tongue. Perhaps Breenivism or Breenirism should be considered as alternatives.--modelmotion 18:12, 6 June 2007 (CDT)

I like the alternative Breenivism, but have trouble remembering it now that my brain is locked onto Breeniversism. It rolls. Just say Breeniverse, then say ism. Also, the alternatives might complicate future discussions of Breenivision, Breeniderision, and Breenyincision. And what of Breenism and Breeism and Brism and Bism? Let us not mire ourselves in Breenyindecision.

Hey, this reminds me - we need to add "Breenisnacks" to the list. ~ QtheC 05:43, 7 June 2007 (CDT)
