(Daniel is sitting with his laptop)
Daniel: I've been working on these..what is it, like, seventy images for just...it's tough. But I do want to thank you all for helping us out, because, we couldn't have done it without you. There are a few things that are clear. A, this is definatly some famous painting of some girl with flowers, and there is definatly something goin' on. B..there is no B, i'm sorry, um...that's actually all we have right now. Um, i'll keep looking--
(His cellphone rings)
Daniel: Hold on.
(he picks up the cellphone, looks at it, and laughs.)
Daniel: Ok, so...the old me-
(he closes his laptop)
'Daniel: -would have stayed around and tried to figure all this out but things have changed. I need a break. I'll see you later.
(he turns off the camera. Cut to scene of a staircase. Daniel is walking around with the camera and stops next to a wall of manequins.)
Daniel: Oh, look at that sexy, sexy manequin! Too bad she doesn't have a head.
(The camera turns and we see Mallory walking toward Daniel, who laughs.)
Daniel: Hey, buby.
Mallory: Hey, you.
Daniel: How are you?
Mallory: Pretty good.
(She walks up to him and they kiss, she looks at the camera, turns away and laughs. They begin walking back up the stairs)
Daniel: So, what d'you wanna see?
(Mallory playfully pushes the camera downwards)
(cut to a red carpeted room. Music is playing in the background)
Daniel: So, what were you saying earlier? C'mon, say it for the camera.
(Mallory looks surprised.)
Mallory: No!
Daniel: Aw, c'mon! Just say it.
Mallory: Nooo!
Daniel: Mallory thinks that I wouldn't make an amazing international star.
Mallory: No, no no! I didn't say that! I was just saying that I think you'd be...good at the behind the scenes stuff, y'know?
Daniel: Well, I-I'm-I'm a geek? I'm a geek-er?
(Mallory looks shocked again)
Mallory: No! No I didn't mean it like that--
Daniel: no, it's cool, it's cool. But let me prove my point to you why I would be. It's like that part in the movie, where he's going through the subway station and he's stealing cell phones and, like, finding out where the cameras are, and stuff...I could do that! I'd be amazing at it.
Mallory: I know you could.
Daniel:Oh?
(Daniel holds the camera so it's looking at him.)
Daniel: I am beast. DANIEL beast! Bwaaaa!!
(He turns, Mallory is halfway out the door.)
Daniel: Hey, wait up! Hold on.
(He walks up to the door)
Daniel:Here, let me get that for you.
Mallory: Oh, why, thank you~
(They both exit, laughing. Cut to them both eating.)
Daniel: Is yours good?
Mallory: Um-hm! It's really good....why are you so quiet?
Daniel: I'm not!
Mallory: I know, you're memorizing the five deadly pressure points on the human body.
Daniel: That's right!
Mallory: Mm-hm!
Daniel: You know what i'm sayin'?
Mallory: Yeah!
