Jackie is a friend of Jessica Rose and plays Gemma in the lonelygirl15 series.
This was confirmed via a mssage from the creators on the Yousef Abu-Taleb's talk page signed with all the actors including jackie. It is also apparent from her MySpace page that she's definitely Gemma.
Her MySpace profile lists her location as the United Kingdom (see below) but many viewers believe she must live in Southern California as that is where the LG15 videos are believed to be filmed due to the location of the CAA offices and the homes of the creators and actors.
